Hey there!

My name’s Jill, I’m an avid fantasy fan, an iced chai addict and lover of all things literary.

Currently, I’m going to school at the University of Oregon (sko ducks!) where I study Public Relations with a minor in Digital Humanities. At school, you can catch me leading our Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) chapter as President. I also work as an Editorial & Social Media Intern for the UO’s School of Journalism and Communications where I show off my creative skills highlighting untold stories and crafting witty short form videos. I’ve also spent time contributing as a team member for the national PRSA Bateman Competition for our client, EveryLibrary, and led as an Account Supervisor at our student-run PR firm, Allen Hall PR, for our client, Benefit Corporations for Good.

Professionally, I’ve explored my passions for books, brands and everything in between. I spent a summer in Seattle supporting Starbucks’ Brand and Sustainability campaigns while interning for PR powerhouse Edelman. Right now, I’m living my dream interning for Macmillan Publishing on the Tor imprint as a Publicity Intern. I spend my days working on projects for some truly incredible authors including V.E. Schwab, Melissa Marr, J.T. Geissinger, Carissa Broadbent RuNyx, Cassandra Khaw and more.
